The methodology behind every engagement
The Anchor Framework is the methodology behind The Bibi-Anne's work. It begins with what is true, clarifies what needs to change, builds the structures required for that change and works toward independence rather than dependency. Change that holds needs more than a good conversation. It needs sequence

An anchor does not restrict, It gives you the freedom to move
Knowing something solid is beneath you. Purpose; the second stage of the framework, is that anchor. On good days it provides motivation. On bad days it holds everything steady.
Four stages. In order
The sequence matters: each stage makes the next one possible, and skipping one produces change that does not last.
Acceptance
Confronting the reality of where you are without negotiation. Nothing meaningful changes until the person, team or organization stops bargaining with what is true.
Purpose
Clarifying what needs to change, what the change is for, and why the work is worth doing when it becomes difficult.
Structure
Building the skills, behaviors, systems, and operating mechanisms required to support the change. Structure is contextual, it must work in the environment where the client actually operates.
Autopilot
The point at which the new capability becomes increasingly independent of external support. The work is successful when the client can continue without The Bibi-Anne in the room.
How the Framework Applies
The Anchor Framework is a sequence — and the sequence matters. Acceptance must precede Purpose. Purpose must precede Structure. Structure must precede Autopilot.
The legacy dimension is intentional
The Bibi-Anne Ltd is built to work itself out of the job, the goal is not dependency, it is to build people and organizations to a point where they no longer need us to keep doing great work.
That is what Autopilot means.
Written, not borrowed.
The framework has integrity because it is drawn from what actually happens in the work — not constructed to sound impressive.
